Job Description - Cook/ Chef Position for School Food Service

Cook needed for school food service in the Mullica Township, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily, 8 am to 2 pm. No weekends or holidays, summers off!

ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools

Cooking experience required, K-12 a plus.

Prepare hot and cold meals.

Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.

Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures.

Use of personal protective equipment at all times.

Inventory monthly.

Daily production records.

Stocking.

Serving.
