Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and package menu items with care and precision
• Prep all food items following recipes and portion control guidelines
• Ensure proper holding and storage of food to maintain freshness
• Assist in front-of-house operations as needed
• Unpack and store incoming inventory orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
• Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to management
• Take out trash and uphold a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Eager and willing to learn with a strong work ethic
• Good motor skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and good common sense
• Ability to carry heavy items (up to 30 lbs) and lift up to 50 lbs overhead
• Basic math skills and sharp listening abilities
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
• High school degree or equivalent
