Cook - Denny's Crawfordsville

We're looking for cooks who thrive under pressure — the kind who can read a full board, feel the heat, and still plate something worth being proud of.

What you'll be doing

• Cooking complete meals from start to finish, not just one piece of the plate

• Executing dishes hot, fresh, and on time — every ticket, every time

• Reading and juggling multiple tickets simultaneously to keep the kitchen flowing

• Maintaining quality and consistency under pressure

• Keeping your area prepped, clean, and ready to go

What we're looking for

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen — short order, line, grill, or breakfast

• Strong sense of timing and the ability to multitask without losing quality

• Pride in your work — the food you send out reflects you

• Team mentality and solid communication in the weeds

• Reliability and consistency, shift after shift
