Cookie Baking Production Associate

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Cookie Baking team. Whether you are an experienced baker or someone looking to sharpen your culinary skills, this is a great opportunity to learn, create, and grow with a talented bakery team. This position requires some flexibility around holidays and busy seasons.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies and bakery products
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Ensure cookies are baked consistently and meet quality standards
- Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
- Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production needs and deadlines
- Communicate and collaborate with fellow bakery associates
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- Food safety expertise.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working.
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills.
- 18 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting to 50 pounds.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
