About the team and position

Carvana needs an enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator to join the Payroll team. With guidance from the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, uploading, and maintaining various forms and records.   

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and sorting physical and electronic mail.


• Scanning and electronic filing of payroll documentation.


• Reviewing and processing verification of employment forms.


• Researching and tracking employee tax notices. 


• Reviewing and processing employee garnishments.


• Assisting in additional department tasks and projects as needed.

What you should know/have

• 1+ years of work experience in an office environment.


• Basic level proficiency in Excel. 


• A willingness to ask questions and learn new skills. 


• The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.


• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.   


• The ability to handle highly confidential information.


• Effective time management and organization skills.


• High attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
