Job Description - Coppell Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the overall success and daily operations of your store—driving sales, ensuring profitability, and creating a culture where every team member delivers on our mission: that every customer leaves saying “WOW!” — impressed by our incredible service, incredible selection, and incredible experience.

This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for helping both customers and associates thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, expenses, inventory, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and hold team members accountable for results
  • Drive sales growth through proactive merchandising, local marketing, and community involvement
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting and manage controllable expenses to achieve profit goals
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional service and promoting Ace’s Helpful culture
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving sales and developing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for community engagement and helping customers succeed
