Role Description/Duties:

• Lead corporate law matters with a focus on M&A, corporate transactions, employment contracts, and NDAs.
• Manage a variety of corporate and transactional cases, ensuring compliance and sound legal guidance.
• Serve as an advisor to executives on complex corporate matters, supporting their business growth and legal needs.

Qualifications:

• JD and active Florida Bar license required.
• Minimum 5 years of full corporate experience, with 6-8 years preferred.
• Strong background in M&A, Employment Contracts and corporate/transactional law.
