Location: Sacramento, CA, 95814

What you will be doing:
Providing outside general counsel services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies
Acting as transaction counsel in all types of real estate, financing and joint venture transactions, including mergers and acquisitions

Experience you will need:

• 3 to 5 years of corporate, real estate, or transactional experienceStrong research and document drafting skills


• J.D. from an accredited law school


• Current good standing with the California State Bar
