As our Corporate Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our organization — leading the entire corporate accounting function, partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, and driving the kind of process improvements that create lasting impact. What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team, including the Accounting Manager and Accounts Payable function
Own the full cycle of financial reporting — delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant statements, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership
Partner with executives to build budgets, manage expenditures, and translate financial data into strategic recommendations
Provide accounting insights and financial data across the organization to support informed decision-making
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing accounting workflows within Workday Financials and eliminating manual workarounds
Ensure full compliance with IRS requirements, federal and state regulations, and internal controls
Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process from preparation through completion
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Progressive corporate accounting experience with demonstrated leadership capability
Strong process orientation with a focus on system automation and data integrity
Strong managerial, administrative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and analysis
Ability to build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships across departments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar budgeting and forecasting tools
