Corporate Development Senior Analyst

About The Job

The Corporate Development Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Integra’s full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, pipeline development, underwriting, diligence, transaction execution, and post-close performance tracking. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, this role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to help execute Integra’s growth strategy through acquisitions and greenfield expansion.

Integra is a national provider of commercial HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) services and controlled-environment certification and validation services. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain and prioritize Integra’s acquisition pipeline, including researching potential targets, screening opportunities against investment criteria, and maintaining accurate CRM and deal-tracker information.


• Support acquisition origination through market research, target identification, outreach preparation, and tracking conversations with prospective owners and intermediaries.


• Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions, including valuation, return analysis, synergy opportunities, and pro forma financial analysis.


• Prepare investment memos, target overviews, underwriting materials, diligence findings, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.


• Coordinate financial, accounting, operational, legal, tax, and people-related diligence workstreams; maintain diligence trackers, data rooms, and third-party advisor request lists.


• Support LOI, purchase agreement, signing, and closing processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors.


• Work with the Chief Integration Officer and functional leaders to track acquired-company performance against underwriting assumptions following close.


• Conduct market, geographic, and end-market analyses to support greenfield expansion and broader growth initiatives.


• Build productive relationships with business owners, advisors, internal leadership, and functional partners across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or a related transaction-focused role.


• Direct experience supporting M&A transactions from early-stage target identification and underwriting through diligence, LOI, closing, or post-close analysis.


• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including the ability to build valuation, returns, and pro forma models.


• Working knowledge of financial statements, quality of earnings concepts, EBITDA adjustments, and transaction diligence.


• Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.


• Ability and willingness to travel regularly for acquisition-related meetings, diligence, and site visits.

• A proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to own both strategic analysis and the detailed process work required to advance transactions.


• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple active deals.


• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM, deal-tracking, data-room, or project-management tools is preferred.


• Experience with multi-site, field-service, commercial-service, industrial-service, healthcare-service, or other people-intensive businesses is preferred but not required.


• Progress toward a CPA or CFA is a plus, but not required.


• Ability to travel 30%-50%.
