Join PTC\u2019s Corporate Experience Center (CXC), where we inspire the world\u2019s leading industrial companies through immersive technology showcases and real-world demonstrations.\n\nAs part of the Corporate Experience team, you\u2019ll operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, working closely with executives, product leaders, and technologists to deliver hands-on demonstrations that showcase how PTC\u2019s technology solves real-world challenges and drives digital transformation.\n\n# Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of PTC\u2019s product capabilities to deliver impactful presentations and demos.\n * Leverage vertical-speci\ufb01c knowledge to tailor content and storytelling for industries such as Aerospace \u0026 Defense, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, and more.\n * Craft and deliver compelling stories that highlight the value of PTC\u2019s solutions to C-level executives, business leaders and technical champions.\n * Build and maintain immersive technical showcases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\n * Manage showcase roadmaps and enhancements to align with strategic initiatives.\n * Capture customer feedback and share insights with sales, marketing, and R\u0026D to support VOC initiatives\n\n\n\n# \n\n# Preferred Skills and Knowledge:\n\n * Strong communicator with executive presence and storytelling ability.\n * Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.\n * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with exposure to senior leadership.\n * Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized with a bias for action.\n * Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.\n * Builds strong cross-functional relationships and internal networks.\n * Creative problem solver who identifies challenges and proposes solutions.\n * Demonstrated accountability and ability to drive results across teams.\n * Tech-savvy mindset, passion for emerging tools, excited about media production and social media or experience with broadcast technology (web conferencing, camera, lighting) is beneficial.\n\n\n\n# Technical \u0026 Demo Development Skills:\n\n * Experience developing and testing technical demos, with a focus on prioritizing showcase features.\n * Familiarity with PTC\u2019s core technologies (CAD, PLM) preferred.\n\n\n\n# Preferred Experience:\n\n * 4+ years of experience in B2B or high-tech industries.\n * Engineering mindset with a passion for innovative technology.\n * Project management experience, cross-functional coordination.\n * Data analytics, reporting, and visualization.\n * Exposure to vertical industries (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Equipment) and ability to tailor content accordingly.\n\n\n\n# Basic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in STEM or 4+ years in technical related field.\n * Must be able to report to Boston office 5 days a week.\n\n\n\nPTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $89,000 - 115,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate\u0027s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
