Position: Corporate Finance Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$200/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: ~2 weeks, with opportunity for follow-on work
Commitment: 20–30 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated outputs related to corporate finance, capital markets, and transaction modeling.
• Assess financial reasoning in areas such as valuation, M&A, leveraged finance, and capital structure.
• Provide feedback on model performance and help design domain-relevant evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to simulate real-world financial decision-making tasks.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting.
• Background at a top firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Bain, KKR, Blackstone, etc.).
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
