This Partner-level opportunity involves leading sophisticated middle-market M&A transactions. The practice offers direct access to firm leadership in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll do

• Lead negotiations and draft core M&A agreements.


• Manage key client relationships and run deals.


• Mentor junior and mid-level associates.


• Coordinate closing documents and manage changes.


• Interface regularly with opposing counsel and clients.

What you bring (required)

• Senior-partner level M&A experience.


• Ability to independently lead complex transactions.


• Exceptional leadership skills and client presence.


• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.


• Experience owning client relationships.


• Collaborative personality for a high-trust culture.
