Compensation

$125,000 – $130,000+ for attorneys with 3–5 years of experience
Compensation may vary based on experience.

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for a Corporate / Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a well-established law firm offering sophisticated transactional work with an excellent quality of life.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful client work and career development without traditional BigLaw billable expectations.

Ideal Background

• 3–5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience

• Experience with business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts

• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills

• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients

• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar
