Pay or shift range: $21.26 USD to $27.22 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing all department disclosures and completes audit and compliance requests from investors for Retail Lending.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviews all loan disclosure documents for completeness, accuracy and quality


• Completes external investor and internal audit requests


• Completes a post-close review of all closed loan packages


• Completes internal audit IRS transcript requests


• Assist with internal department audit reviews

No Supervisory Responsibilities 

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Knowledge of customer service principles


• Relevant computer skills


• 2-3 years of related work experience
