A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactions & Capital Markets Senior Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public companies, private companies, private equity sponsors, investment banks, and emerging growth businesses in sophisticated corporate transactions and capital markets matters.

Ideal Background

• 6+ years of corporate, securities, and capital markets experience
• Experience with public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters
• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and strategic corporate transactions preferred
• Experience advising public companies on Exchange Act reporting, disclosure obligations, and governance matters
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, securities offering documents, registration statements, and related transaction documents
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
