The role:

To be the first face and the last word of every guest's visit. You'll run the register, learn the menu, and make sure every person who walks in feels seen, remembered, and glad they came. No experience required — we'll teach you everything, from the POS to the perfect pairing suggestion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Being the face of the café — greeting, remembering, and making guests feel like friends


• Running a smooth, fast register even when the line is three deep


• Learning the menu and suggesting pairings guests didn't know they wanted


• Enrolling guests in our rewards program and owning that relationship


• Jumping in wherever the shift needs you

Key Traits and Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we'll train the right person from day one


• A genuine love for people and conversation, not a performance of it


• Comfortable staying warm and quick at the same time when it gets busy


• Reliable, and able to work a flexible, variable part-time schedule


• Coachable — you want to get better at this, not just clock in
  

Pay and Benefits:

• $12.50/hour


• Part-time, variable shifts


• Real training: a structured two-week onboarding program


• A clear growth path — Cashier → Cashier Champ → Shift Lead
