Solidigm is seeking a senior Finance Cost & Inventory Manager to join our Cost of Sales team. This role oversees multiple direct reports and will Cost and Inventory forecasting, inventory reserves, and optimizing our multi-billion dollar manufacturing spend. This role is a critical finance business partner to senior leaders, requiring disciplined forecasts, accurate Close, high-quality insights, and influencing of investment decisions. Cost and Inventory touches nearly all areas of the company, requiring partnership across orgs, managing multiple stakeholders, and influencing complex decisions. Solidigm is a young, rapidly growing company, and this role will present multiple opportunities to grow with company, define new business processes, deploy new systems, and determine where and how to apply AI. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry and the role, confidently leads in the unknown, is an avid problem solver, and invests in employees and the team. As a manager, you will be expected to provide clear expectations, grow and develop employees, deliver high-impact results through others, and foster a team culture consistent with Solidigm values. Specific responsibilities include:

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. In addition, Solidigm offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, supplemental life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability; healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and a company match on eligible 401(k) plan contributions.
The compensation range for this role is $116,240 - $186,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
