Counter

We are looking for Counter Staff to manage all transactions with our take-out and pick-up customers accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

Counter Responsibilities:

• Master our point of sale system.
• Answer phone calls and input orders.
• Manage third party tablets and order input.
• Process credit card and cash transactions.
• Bag orders for guests.

Requirements for Counter:

• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
