Counter Attendant

• Greet new customers and explain the difference between a regular dry cleaners and our dry cleaners.
  
• Answer telephone to provide information about services, hours of operation, prices in an efficient manner.
  
• Recommend and provide advice on the products and services we do.
  
• Maintain the store clean and neat.
  
• Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired.
  
• Advise customers on use and care of their articles.
  
• Monitor processes, materials and surroundings to detect and assess problems.
  

Requirements

• Be available Monday - Satuday
  
• Great sense of customer service is a MUST.
  
• Be able to successfully handle complaints and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
  
• Be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
  
• Be able to effectively communicate in English.
  
• Be able to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing minimal amount of paperwork.
  
• No experience needed, training provided.
