Counter Rental Agent

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Counter Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle rentals, answer questions, process reservations, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers face-to-face while handling administrative and sales responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Process vehicle rental reservations, contracts, and payments 
• Explain rental policies, rates, insurance options, and vehicle features 
• Verify customer identification and driver eligibility 
• Coordinate vehicle availability with the operations team 
• Upsell additional products and services when appropriate 
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage or cleanliness 
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily paperwork 
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. 
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
