Counter Sales Plumbing & HVAC Frederick County MD

Are you knowledgeable about plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical products and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions? We're looking for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join a well-established and growing business in Frederick County, MD.

What You'll Do:

• Assist contractors, technicians, at the sales counter


• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions


• Process sales orders, quotations, and returns accurately


• Answer phone inquiries and support walk-in customers


• Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels


• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment


• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or related industry preferred


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment


• Basic computer skills and experience with sales/order entry systems


• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
