Counter Sales Representative

K&R Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable Counter Sales Representative for a company specializing in heavy-duty truck and 18-wheeler parts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning and identifying truck parts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone
  


• Help customers identify and locate the correct heavy-duty truck parts
  


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process
  


• Look up parts using computer systems, catalogs, and part numbers
  


• Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately
  


• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability
  


• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding inventory and order fulfillment
  


• Build positive relationships with customers and repeat accounts
  


• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
