Ever'man Natural Foods was founded in 1973 to "provide wholesome, nutritious food at a reasonable cost." We're now the largest co-op between New Orleans and Tallahassee, serving more than 11,000 active members in the Northwest Florida / South Alabama region. As a cooperative, Ever'man is owned and operated by our members. Our members help to direct our store policies, our inventory, and our operations.

Salary Range: starting pay is $8.25 - $12.70 per hour depending on experience

Purpose: To keep all counter areas neat and clean, and to assist in the achievement of departmental goals and to provide excellent customer service.

Status: Reports to Kitchen Manager, Part Time

Responsibilities: 

1. Provide attentive and courteous customer service
2. Maintain case displays 
3. Assist in hot entrée service
4. Keep all counter aspects neat and clean
5. Sample deli items
6.  Make juices, smoothies, and sandwiches quickly and efficiently
7. Put away orders as necessary
8. Label paper and plastic items as needed
9. Pack and face Grab & Go items and bakery items
10. Prep Juice Bar items.

• Self motivated, organized, responsible, flexible
• Customer service experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Able to work well in a team to achieve departmental goals
• Interested natural foods
