Conklin Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organized Courtesy car agent to join our team. As a Courtesy car Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle loaners, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive loander experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Service/Loaner customers, providing excellent customer service and handling all loaner processes efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and have a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle loaner reservations
• Explain loaner agreements, Warranty's clearly to customers
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers
• Manage vehicle return inspections and process payments accurately
• Maintain accurate loaner records and documentation
• Coordinate with the service and sales departments as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
