We are hiring a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper)! 

As a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper), this role blends hands‑on room cleaning with team leadership, quality control, and guest service. The Senior Housekeeper is both a working housekeeper and a supervisor, ensuring that every guest room is spotless, every public area is welcoming, and all staff perform to the highest standards

Responsibilities: 

• Cleaning rooms to hotel guideline & cleaning practices. Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.  

• Supervise and support Housekeeping staff, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.  

• On Supervisor days off, assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.  

• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.  

• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.  

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.  

• Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.  

• Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.  

• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.  

• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service. 


• Clean & Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.  

Qualifications: 

• Those with prior hotel housekeeping experience in good standing will be given greater consideration.


• Shifts tend to start at 8am on Supervisor days off & 9am/10am on other days. Shift end depends on business demands.


• Computer Skills for room status monitoring via our property management system (StayPMS), scheduling, ordering, & inventory management.


• Additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus.
