Key Responsibilities

• Perform as the Chick-fil-A Cow at restaurant, community, and special events.
• Create positive, playful, and memorable interactions with Guests of all ages.
• Use big, exaggerated movements, gestures, and body language to bring the Cow's personality to life.
• Participate in photos, dances, high-fives, and other fun Guest interactions.
• Create unexpected and entertaining moments that encourage Guest engagement.
• Maintain the Cow's personality and remain in character throughout appearances.
• Represent the Chick-fil-A brand in a positive, professional, and family-friendly manner.
• Follow all safety guidelines and directions from restaurant leadership.
