As a Craftsman, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering high-quality work while building strong relationships with homeowners. We provide the scheduling, structure, and office support so you can focus on what you do best: skilled trade work. Every day brings a new challenge, ensuring variety and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of home repairs and improvements, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and basic plumbing
• Travel to client sites across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Prineville, and La Pine
• Use internal mobile software to manage schedules, track notes, and log time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work and answering questions
• Deliver high-quality service that drives repeat business and positive customer experiences

Must Have

• Professional, reliable demeanor with strong punctuality
• Customer-first mindset and comfort working in clients’ homes
• Proficiency in at least 5 trade areas (carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, tile, etc.)
• Ability to use mobile apps/software on a smartphone or tablet
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Nice to Have

• Expertise in 8+ trade areas (eligible for Lead Craftsman opportunities)
• Experience in high-end residential renovation or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially with older homes or unique repairs
