A craftsman has met all expectations of a cabinet maker, has the capacity, drive and passion to advance.  They have extensive knowledge of cabinet making, furniture making and construction.  They have the ability to create ALL components and can produce them in their totality from start to finish with only a rough concept.

• Expanded knowledge of hardware, adhesives and fasteners.


• Advanced knowledge of other materials, IE. Metals, plastics, stone and glass.


• Clear understanding of the buildability and longevity of products and how to produce them to achieve both.


• Advanced knowledge of CNC machinery and code.


• Willingness to mentor and teach junior employees


• Leads by example, experience and knowledge.


• Clear understanding of cabinet finishes.


• Master of laminating and veneer.


• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.


• Proficient in math and geometry.


• Ability to take site measurements


• How to accurately estimate time and duration of projects.


• How to lead, guide and educate others in any situation.
