Creative Account Specialist

Ralston & Anthony Advertising is a marketing and advertising agency based in Chicago, Illinois with a focus on title insurance companies and the supporting industry including software, technology, legal, banking, and more. We are seeking an account specialist to join our team. Our firm's strong focus on addressing business goals in every product we produce means that our staff will apply their knowledge and skills in business scenarios applying strategic initiatives in a highly creative atmosphere.

• Answer customer phone calls directing the clients to the correct team members to best assist their needs as well as provide immediate assistance
• Monitor online chat answering client questions, providing answers to common questions, and sourcing the correct answers to specialized customer questions
• Participate in the creative process to develop new products for client consumption
• Manage customer relationships in CRM platform

• Graphic Design and Marketing Experience: 1 Year (minimum)
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Windows and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be a team player and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback
