Job Description

We are seeking an professionally-minded person to join our team at one of the world's largest international shipping and handling companies.

Credit Associate will be responsible for:

Researching and contacting delinquent accounts to arrange collection of outstanding payments.
Making recommendations to suspend credit and communicate customers' status to Center teams.
Preparing correspondence to customers

This position is for FRAUD - need to have prior fraud investigative experience

12+month contract position
bi-lingual in french or spanish a plus
