Credit Resolution and Vendor Relations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and persistent professional who enjoys proving the case for credit, and getting results for your clients? As our Credit Resolution & Vendor Relations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for converting identified vendor credit opportunities into realized savings for DSQ Discovery software clients. You will work the follow-up process with client vendors until the credit is issued, applied or otherwise resolved.  This role is part detective, part communicator, and part client champion — you’ll dig into billing details, confirm what is owed, professionally engage vendors for resolution, and keep clients up to speed on your results. The right person will enjoy solving problems, following the details through to the finish line, and adding value to our customer’s professional vendor relationships along the way.

What You’ll Do 

• Review vendor credit opportunities identified by DSQ Discovery software, validate the credit amount and supporting documents, and pursue credit resolution through vendor engagement. 

• Track vendor responsiveness, and results realized to include client reporting and vendor performance insights.
