Ready to explore new opportunities in creditors' rights and commercial litigation?
Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in creditors' rights, commercial collections, loan enforcement, and related litigation.
I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Representing commercial lenders, creditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Handling commercial collections, loan defaults, and judgment enforcement.
Experience with foreclosures, receiverships, or secured transactions disputes.
Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiating resolutions and managing creditor-related litigation.
Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! Relevant experience at regional and boutique firms is welcome.
✅ Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities
✅ More sophisticated commercial and creditor-side matters
✅ Increased client responsibility and litigation autonomy
✅ Opportunities to broaden your financial services practice
✅ Stronger mentorship and professional advancement
This is an opportunistic search, not an advertisement for one specific opening. However, I work with numerous law firms across multiple markets and may already have active opportunities that align with your experience and career goals.
Whether there's an immediate fit or we stay connected for the right opportunity down the road, I'd welcome the chance to learn more about your background, compensation expectations, and what matters most to you in your next move.
All conversations are confidential. Your resume and identifying information will never be shared with a firm without your permission.
