About the Role:

Join FRSTeam of Colorado & Wyoming as a Crew Lead in Contents Restoration/Moving, where you will play a crucial role in helping families and businesses recover from loss. This exciting position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team in contents restoration and moving operations.

Ensure proper packing, inventory, and transportation of items for restoration.

Conduct site assessments and develop action plans for restoration projects.

Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.

Document project progress and report to management regularly.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in contents restoration or moving services.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
