DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude 
• Proficient in all areas of daily cafe operations including preparing food and smoothies, operating the register, following cleaning checklists, and monitoring inventory levels
• Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are maintained 
• Uses tools to monitor and achieve labor and inventory goals
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds to refill ice, restock shelves, and take out trash
• Follows all safety and security policies established by Tropical Smoothie Caf

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
