Crew Member

We are looking for new Crew Members to join our team!

We are looking for outgoing and welcoming individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and work well with a team. Must be adaptable, flexible, and have a sense of urgency. Most importantly, we need people who are WILLING to do what it takes to cultivate and maintain a positive work environment. If you enjoy working with people (especially those of multicultural backgrounds) and have a genuine care and interest to help others, then we'd love to talk with you.

Duties & Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to:)

• Work as a team and support/help team members out (Team Player!)


• Contribute to work culture positively


• Provide excellent customer service at all points of interaction with customers


• Greet and welcome customers


• Take orders from customers efficiently and accurately


• Handles cash accurately 


• Prep and pour bubble tea drinks


• Make and blend bubble tea drinks


• Maintain a clean work environment which includes deep cleaning, picking up trash, taking out trash & recycling


• Restock work supplies and ingredients


• Maintain clean and organized lobby


• Prepare food orders


• Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs*


• Weekend availability required (Fri, Sat, Sun)*
