Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment with precision and care
• Ensure customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs and offering menu recommendations
• Sell coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment enthusiastically
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory, storage, and supplies efficiently
• Keep a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as a barista or crew member preferred
• Skilled in coffee preparation and operating coffee equipment
• Strong sales and presentation skills with a motivated attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
