Crew Member for Asphalt Paving Company

Western Engineering Co Inc is currently hiring Asphalt Paving Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to asphalt paving projects including preparing materials, supporting equipment operation, and ensuring that paving jobs are completed efficiently and safely. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start or grow their career in the construction industry with hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and application of asphalt materials on paving projects.
• Support the operation of paving equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite adhering to safety standards.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to minimize risks on site.

• Ability to perform manual labor and physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
• Previous experience in construction or asphalt paving is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and working as a team player.
