- Shift Leader: $17.50/hour + tips (Tips average an extra $2–$3/hour!)
- Crew Member: $16.00/hour + tips (Tips average an extra $2–$3/hour!)

Role Breakdown & Responsibilities: Crew Member Deliver an exceptional guest experience by interacting with customers and crafting our iconic treats.
- Production: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and specialty beverages to perfection.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer product questions, and process register transactions efficiently.
- Operations: Maintain inventory stock, manage cash handling accurately, and keep a clean, tidy workspace.
Shift Leader Direct day-to-day operations and lead the team in the absence of the General and Assistant Managers.
- Team Leadership: Run smooth shifts, coordinate employee breaks, monitor scheduling, and minimize overtime.
- Training & Culture: Help onboard new hires while maintaining a positive, highly motivated workplace environment.
- Financial Accountability: Enforce cash handling policies, audit necessary paperwork, and complete shift change details.
- Brand Excellence: Step in to bake, clean, or serve guests to ensure top standards for safety, food quality, and speed.
