Crew Members and Shift Managers

Atomic Burger was founded on the belief that fast food is not good enough.  We believe that honest, delicious food can be served quickly.  Fast food can be real food. We think it’s important to do things the right way, so we'll grind beef daily for our burgers, hand cut potatoes for our fries, and make fresh ice cream for our milkshakes. 

We’ll work hard and we’ll have fun.  We’re not trying to be your average fast food restaurant, and we’re not looking for your average fast food staff.  Individuals welcome. 

We have several openings available: 

Cashiers are responsible for creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests. They must be gracious hosts who work well with others, have the ability to communicate clearly, and treat guests with friendliness, sincerity, and kindness. 

Kitchen Crew members are responsible for creating for our customers an unbelievably great meal, every time. Kitchen crew members must work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining Atomic Burger standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and conduct. All kitchen crew members must be positive, helpful, and team oriented individuals. 

Shift Managers are primarily responsible for ensuring that kitchen crew and cashiers are efficient and effective, that they operate in a manner consistent with Atomic Burger core values, and that our customers have a fun and memorable experience. Shift Managers must conduct themselves with integrity and strive to create a positive work environment.
