• Independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
