ASP.NET MVC (Razor)
Dynamics CRM 2011 or 2013 – (workflows, plugins, SDK, CRMWeb services)
Understand the functional side of the application and make configuration changes & etc.

Required: Lower Priority:

1. JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery

Nice to Have:

WCF
SQL Server
SSRS
IIS setup

Other:

Good English communication skills

Experience working directly with users.
