About the Role

As a Hospitality Specialist, you’re the face and heartbeat of Slice Factory. You’ll create amazing experiences for every guest — greeting them with warmth, keeping the energy high, and ensuring every visit ends with a smile.

Your Objectives

• Build real relationships with customers


• Maintain 90%+ guest satisfaction scores


• Enroll customers into the Slice Life Rewards app


• Grow average check size through genuine connection and upselling

Who We’re Looking For:

 Outgoing, social, and positive — someone who loves connecting with others
 A natural Promoter personality — high energy, engaging, and people-focused
 A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
 Dependable, upbeat, and hungry to grow
 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred)
 ServSafe Certification (preferred, not required)
