CT Technologist - $80+/hr Contract (Maryland)

AMG Healthcare Services, Inc. is a staffing agency that specializes in placing healthcare professionals in government and non-gov positions throughout the nation for over 15 years.

We're currently seeking full-time CT Technologist to provide services at, a Premier Medical Center in Maryland.

POSITION DETAILS:

• LOCATION: Salisbury, MD (Medical Center Environment / Level III trauma center)


• SCHEDULE:  Day & Evening 8hrs shifts (TBD )


• INCENTIVIES: Completion Bonus at the end of your assignment + unlimited referral bonus incentives 


• PAY PACKAGE: $78.00-$82.00+/hour + Weekly pay! 

CT Technologist JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS

• Must have at least 1yr of relevant recent work exp 


• Must have been registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).


• Must maintain Delaware State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Delaware.


• Must Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA ONLY)

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the general guidance of the radiologists and Radiology Director, provides quality diagnostic imaging services with a patient-focused approach. The technologist will demonstrate knowledge of the current concepts of his/her field(s), performing at a level of competence that allows independent thought and action. Applies critical thinking to managing patients and ensuring appropriate care based on patient needs using age-specific assessment, communication, and knowledge of physical and mental capabilities.

EQUIMENT USED:

MRM Radiology Computer Terminals, Hewlett Packard Laser Printers, GE PRO 16 slice CT Scanner, (2) GE VCT 64 slice CT Scanner, and GE CTI CT Scanner, McKesson PACS Hardware, and GE Independent Workstation
