The primary role will be to collaborate with team members, contribute expertise, and work towards achieving common goals. The Cross-Functional Team Member will participate in cross-functional projects, leveraging knowledge and skills to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver successful outcomes. The team member will work to ensure effective coordination and alignment of efforts towards achieving the goals of the Early Childhood Department. \n\n## MAJOR DUTIES \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n * 1\\. Designs and leads a comprehensive Pre-K enrollment strategy integrating recruitment, operations, and data insights to achieve district enrollment targets. \n2\\. Analyzes enrollment, demographic, and pipeline data to forecast trends, identify gaps, and drive strategic decisions. \n3\\. Develops and optimizes enrollment systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, access, and family experience. \n4\\. Leads targeted recruitment and family outreach campaigns using data-driven segmentation and community engagement strategies. \n5\\. Builds and delivers training for campus staff and stakeholders on enrollment processes, tools, and best practices. \n6\\. Manages cross-functional projects and supervises staff to ensure execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. \n7\\. Cultivates partnerships with internal departments and community organizations to expand access and increase Pre-K enrollment. \n8\\. Contribute problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to help address challenges and obstacles that may arise during projects, actively participating in finding effective solutions. \n9\\. Master\u2019s degree preferred.)\n\n## WORK EXPERIENCE\n\n3 Years Experience working in cross-functional teams or projects.\n\n## SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION\n\nMicrosoft Office\n\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds. \nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise information sharing. \nStrong problem-solving abilities, with a logical and analytical mindset to address complex challenges. \nAdaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines. \nProficiency in relevant software and tools used by the cross-functional team. \nContinuous learning mindset, with a willingness to expand knowledge and skills in other functional areas.\n\n## LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nWork Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing typically involves monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of same duties they are leading.\n\n## WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT\n\nWork involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources.
