Job Description - Culinary & Service Specialist




  • Collaborate with the Chef on the development and presentation of special dishes, pastries, desserts, and seasonal offerings.

  • Assist with the preparation, plating, and presentation of curated culinary items.

  • Deliver elevated restaurant service, including tableside preparation, presentation, and explanation of dishes.

  • Create and execute curated food-and-beverage pairings for VIP guests and special occasions.

  • Support exclusive guest experiences, including VIP menus, chef's selections, omakase-style tasting experiences, and bespoke culinary requests.

  • Help establish service standards for premium dining, table presentation, and guest interaction.

  • Train front-of-house staff on menu knowledge, presentation standards, food-and-beverage storytelling, and luxury service etiquette.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that special dishes and VIP experiences are executed consistently.
