Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday AMs and MOD/Holiday Rotation
Wage: $19.00-$25.00 Hourly

In this position you areâ¯responsible for meeting high standards in the areas of meal preparation, communication, record keeping, and effectively working withâ¯employees,â¯residents,â¯and their families to ensure high quality and nutritional dietary services.⯠Duties include but not limited to:â¯â¯
- Manageâ¯inventory and ordering of food and culinary supplies, includingâ¯reviewingâ¯andâ¯adheringâ¯to departmental budget.â¯
- Hire, train and supervise culinary employees.â¯
- Maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders such as residents, their families, staff, and the community.â¯
- Participate in facility leadership meetings, Interdisciplinary Team meetings, Quality Assurance/Improvement, Careâ¯Conferences,â¯and other facility meetings asâ¯required.â¯
- Interview residents and families to ensure nutritional needs are met.â¯â¯
- Nutritional monitoring of residents through assessments, progress notes and dietary care planning.â¯
- Process and review diet orders to ensure compliance with physician orders.â¯â¯
- Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently toâ¯accomplishâ¯workload within time allotted.â¯
Preferred Qualifications:â¯
- Must have a current ServSafe Certification.â¯
- A minimumâ¯of oneâ¯yearâ¯experience inâ¯dietaryâ¯field is preferred.â¯
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sâ¯familiesâ¯and employees.â¯
- Must have proficient knowledge of computer systems, including email use.â¯
