• Provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day.

• Help make our community a true home for residents where they can eat what they want – when they want.


• Embrace your creativity by hosting fantastic social events for our customers!


• Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience.


• Be an exceptional leader – lead by example and get in the trenches when it’s required.


• Cooking & preparing meals at least 4 days/week.


• A great driving record – since you’ll be driving our company car.


• Live our values - be professional, show commitment, integrity, and compassion to both residents and your coworkers.   


• Be willing to learn and be coached by our experienced leaders.
