Culinary Supervisor

At Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North, we are searching for a Culinary Supervisor to assist in leading and growing our team. This role is for a motivated leader who can create results through people, support daily kitchen operations, and help maintain excellence in food quality, food safety, and team development. 

Role Overview

As the Culinary Supervisor, you will be empowered and equipped to lead:

•       Daily kitchen operations and shift execution

•       Food safety and quality standards

•       Inventory management and truck deliveries

•       Catering preparation and execution 

•       Cross-functional teamwork alongside other restaurant leaders

We are looking for a leader who is warm, humble, driven, and highly organized, with the ability to lead by example, coach others and contribute to a positive team culture while delivering consistent results.

Compensation & Benefits

•       Starting at $18 - $20 (based on experience and performance)

•       Fully bilingual: Spanish & English (required)

•       Completion of our 90-Day Leadership Training Program

•       Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results through people

Work schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
