Every day at Culver's, our Facilities & Maintenance Team Members help keep our restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes. They ensure our building, equipment, and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained so our team can focus on serving guests. From cleaning and maintenance tasks to stocking supplies and supporting daily operations, this role is essential to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Overview

• Provide quality maintenance and cleaning for the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and other operational items as needed
• Remove trash throughout the restaurant
• Support equipment upkeep by cleaning and reporting maintenance concerns

Schedule

• Typical shift: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM start time
• Standard shift ends around 11:00 AM
• Opportunity to work until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM one or two days per week
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
